These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Totalli.AI (“the Service”), provided by AnalytixVeda Technologies Private Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Totalli.AI provides analytics, insights and custom reports — including Financial, Revenue, Inventory and MIS reports — based on data from your Tally installation. Features may evolve over time as we improve the Service.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be authorised to act on behalf of your business to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
3. Your data
You retain all rights to the data you connect to the Service. You grant us a limited licence to access and process that data solely to provide the Service to you. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its related systems.
- Do not interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
- Do not reverse engineer or resell the Service without our written permission.
5. Fees & payment
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis as described at the time of purchase. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design and content (excluding your data), is owned by AnalytixVeda Technologies Private Limited and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.
7. Availability
We aim to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. Insights and reports are intended to support your decisions and do not constitute financial, legal or tax advice. You remain responsible for decisions made using the Service.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
